Install the WhatsApp Business app.

To register your mobile number

Click on 'Agree and Continue' to register the mobile number. Now here you need to choose whether you Want to use the same WhatsApp number you are currently using or use a different number for your business account.

manage chats with your customers. Now, here you enter your number. Once you’ve entered your number click on ‘Next’.Now here it will ask you to confirm and verify your phone number to create an account. So let’s click ‘okay’.

Now whatsapp will automatically detect the OTP. Once you’ve done, click on ‘continue’ then click ‘allow’ and then click skip, and you have registered your mobile number.

To create your business profile

To create the business profile, first of all add a profile picture for your business, Just click on profile space and click ‘Gallery’. From the gallery select the image and click done, you can see, the image has been added, enter your desired business name, then select the category of your business.Click on ‘Category’ and you will get different options. Select the category you want, and if you want to add more details about your business Just click ‘show more options’ you will get the options for description and business address. Here enter the description about your business and its address.

When you’ve entered all the details click on  ‘next’ and click ‘not now’.

Now you have created your business profile.

Click on ‘start chats’,open all the contacts saved on your mobile, select the contact you want to send the message, enter some details about your business and click ‘send’ and done.

That person will receive a whatsapp notification.

They have got your message, and  if they click profile picture, they can see your account type, some details about your business, business address and the category of your business.

Add the products to whatsapp profile

To add your product click on three dots at the upper right corner of your phone screen,click ‘Business tools’ and click ‘catalog’.You will get a page to add your products. Click ‘Add item’. First, let’s add your product image, click ‘add images’  and then click ‘Gallery’. Here, select the image you want and click ‘ok’.

Images will be added.

Now you can add multiple images of your product in the same way by clicking on add images.After adding the images, enter your product name, product price, and then enter a small description of your product.

Now click on 'Save'.

WhatsApp will review your product within a minute.

After reviewing it, you can see that the product has been added. In the same way you can add the other products, up to 500 products to your whatsapp business account by clicking add product.

Next up is how anyone can view your products and buy them using WhatsApp.To purchase products all they have to do is Just open the chat It will take them to the added products page, where they can select the product they want to purchase.If a customer wants to buy a product, Click 'Add to Cart', click 'View Cart' then click 'Done'.

You can create your own label you want,and click ‘save’.Similarly, you can add labels to all your users' chats.

To set working hours,Click on three dots, click ‘business tools’ and then click ‘Business profile’, it will take you to your business profile.Now here click ‘business hours’. Then click ‘schedule’ and select your schedule type, here you can set the working hours for each day. Once you’re done, click save.

If you’re offline and a customer sends a message after the working hours, how can you reply to the customer?You can do this by sending an automated message to your users.

So, to do that click three dots and click ‘business tools’ then click ‘away message’

and enable this option. When you have enabled this option you can now automatically reply to your customers. Now if you want to edit your message, Just click on a pencil, edit and enter the message you want.

Now if you want to send this message to all your customers, click on ‘Recipients’

and select everyone.Click 'Save' once you have made all the changes. Next up is how you can automatically send a welcome message to your new customers.

For this click on three dots, then click ‘Business tools’ and then click ‘Greeting messages’. Once you’re done click ‘save’.

Now if a new customer sends a message to your WhatsApp account, here the welcome message has been sent automatically.
